Add Links as Buttons on Email Templates (How-to Video)

Hi everyone. We're here for a quick how to video on how to add a button to one of your email templates.

If you want to use it for a link such as click here for more information or any other link that you might need.

So I'm here with an email campaign design already started, so we'll just scroll down.

I have one of my layout blocks added just to have our target space for that button.

And we're going to start with just dragging over that button from that content menu.

And I already have one created, so it's pulling in my settings, but just to walk through how I added those.

Once you drag your button over in our style menu here with a little paintbrush, you'll just work through adding any dimensions that you might want to have such as padding around your text.

You can use the typography menu here to update the font size or letter spacing or anything else.

And then decorations, if you want to use this section to add in the background color or any other changes with the border.

And then once you work through all those things, then you can update your text for whatever that needs to say.

And once you've got all that edited, then you'll just go to your gear settings menu and that's where you can add your href for whatever that needs to link to.

And then once that's created and saved you'll have your button ready to use on your template.

If you want to use any hover text for your button you can input that in the title field here.
