Welcome. Today, I'm gonna show you how the WhiteCup CRM mobile app helps field sales reps sell more in the field with clarity, focus, and insight.
Our mobile experience is built specifically for reps on the road, fast, simple, and clutter free, so you always know who to visit, what to do, and how to close more business.
Everything you need is right in your pocket.
Let me show you how it works.
Here on my phone, I'm about to walk in the door to a customer, Joel Baker Inc.
In the lower right hand corner, I've got my WhiteCup app.
When I open it up, I can take a look at my sales rep scorecard.
We're bringing in all that rich ERP and CRM data and are able to combine it in terms of looking at how my sales are compared to my quota or my late orders by value, and this is just one example of a BI dashboard because, in fact, all of the BI dashboards are available on the phone.
These are also configurable by adding new metrics, graphs, KPIs, etcetera, for ease of use and maximum user adoption.
Next, looking at my events, this is my calendar, which synchronizes bidirectionally both ways with Outlook and Google Calendars.
I can see my monthly, weekly, daily view.
I see I've got this one on-site with the customer Joel Baker Inc. today, which is the one I'm preparing for.
But before I drill into that customer, across the top, I have essentially all of my CRM data.
My tasks, these are essentially my next best actions, which could either be manually created or auto created for me.
There's a same day order that hasn't been shipped.
It's five thirty. Why hasn't it been shipped yet?
And there's a quote follow-up.
The quote's been sitting out there since Monday, and it's Friday now.
Let's follow-up on it and capture that PO.
Another is an alert about an abandoned cart.
From our ecommerce integration, we have a product in there that I know the contact is from the customer that I'm about to walk in the door for.
So this is a great conversation piece from a cross sell, upsell perspective.
Across the top of the screen, you see that I have access to virtually all of my CRM data.
I have my bill tos, ship tos, contacts, opportunities, even product information.
I could do a lookup by number or just type in part of the name.
Here I've got this same product that was in the abandoned shopping cart.
I can look at by location, availability, price information.
I have that lookup of near real time data right here at my fingertips.
In terms of the customer that I'm walking in the door for, I could search in my account list, or in this case, I'll drill into Joel Baker Inc.
I see some of the key ERP data, credit information, sales trend information, phone number, address, etcetera.
The values in blue are hyperlinked, natively integrated with the phone.
So I could click to map the address or click to dial.
It's really about making it quick and easy for the user.
Also, screens are very configurable.
Adding or removing fields is easy for the administrator to do in order to maximize user adoption.
I can also look at my history with this account.
My history shows any activities that have occurred, whether they're a meeting, task, email, etcetera, from anyone in the company that touches the customer, myself, inside sales, marketing, etcetera.
This one on the top left with that blue icon indicates that it was an AI meeting minute.
This is where we are using WhiteCup's handy new AI feature called AI Field Notes to record the audio of face to face conversations, summarize the meeting, and create new tasks for the action items discussed in the conversation.
This allows me to be present and engaged in the conversation instead of trying to write down notes and saves me at least an hour a day in manually writing up meeting minutes.
With the plus sign, I can take any number of actions.
I could create a quick comment, log a call, record the meeting, as well as see the customer's scorecard.
This is one of the forty five plus out of the box dashboards called the bill to customer scorecard.
I simply choose the type of customer data I want to see, like order history, receivables, invoicing, etcetera.
I see sales information, trending analysis, profit margin, how I'm tracking against budget for this customer, a product group analysis.
I see my top suggested products where we're leveraging AI to look at what this customer has purchased in comparison to other customers and providing a product recommendation for upsell cross sell conversations, putting more money in our pockets.
So walking out the door, I know that I have to update a quote, and I've got some great insights into what additionally we can cross sell and upsell.
So instead of me firing up my laptop, I could quickly, on the way to the car, put out a task for inside sales to update quote and say, I had a great meeting with the customer, period.
Please update the quote as follows.
I'll stop there and update the quote due date and assign it to either an individual or to a team.
In this case, Donald Logan.
And now that's in the system.
Donald's been notified that he's been assigned a task, and I can be rest assured that it'll be taken care of, and I can focus on my next meeting.
And since I don't have any more meetings on my calendar, I can leverage my map to get in front of more customers by clicking the map icon, looking at either the bill tos or ship tos near me.
This popular feature in the WhiteCup app is called Near Me Mapping.
Here I am in Milwaukee, where nearby I can see my customers, leads, even vendors.
In this case, just north of me, I've got a customer, Webware United States Inc.
I could drill into that customer record, or I could look at the address and map it with Google or Apple Maps.
Now I have turn by turn directions to get me in front of my next customer in eleven minutes.
Things like the mapping and BI and AI are ways to give back to the user instead of always asking, like traditional CRMs, for information and giving you very little back.
This is just another way that WhiteCup gives back to the user.
And that was a quick look at how the WhiteCup CRM mobile app helps field sales reps sell more in the field with clarity, focus, and insight.
It's a mobile experience that's built specifically for reps on the road, fast, simple, and clutter free, so you always know who to visit, what to do, and how to close more business.
Everything you need right in your pocket.
And I thank you for your time.
