Using the CRM Tools Menu
The Tools menu provides options to take actions in CRM and communicate within your organization or with outside contacts.
Tasks
The Task module displays all tasks created by and assigned to you.
As with all White Cup CRM list views, you can sort as well as add and remove columns to create the best view for you.
Clicking on an item in the Subject column opens the Task Details form. You can add your comments and mark the Task complete.
Clicking on an item in the Association Name opens it's record/form. You can add tasks, log calls and times, as well as create events on that record.
Clicking on an item in the Assigned To column opens the dashboard of the person who was assigned the task.
In the Action column, clicking the All Actions displays all users’ tasks that you have permission to see.
You can create a task using the Create Task option above.
- From the Action column, click Create Task.
- Complete the form, including adding the association.
- Click Save to save the Task to the system.
You can also create a Task when a a record is open, such as the Account or Contact form.
Inbox
The Inbox allows you to receive mail related to CRM on the White Cup CRM platform when configured. The Email widget will allow you to view your inbox on your dashboard.
eSignatures
eSignatures allows you to send documents for customers to sign through email avoiding the hassle of sending documents through mail or fax.
Calendar
The calendar displays all events and reminders related to Accounts and Contacts. If you have a meeting or other activity scheduled, it will display a colored dot on the scheduled activity date. Learn more in the Calendar article about editing, creating or using the CRM calendar.
Reports
Reports are a summary of accounts based on the criteria you select. You can filter, add, and remove columns just as you would with White Cup CRM list view. Once you create your report, you can export it as a .CSV file for external use or even use them to create marketing campaigns.
Media
The Media & File Library screen displays your file library. It contains information about the media, including who uploaded the content, its associations, creation date, etc.
Use the Columns icon to add sortable fields to the list. Click the Upload icon to add and load new files or files from your computer or other file storage locations.
