Contacts are a vital part of the White Cup CRM ecosystem. The Contacts module default display is a list view. You can search contacts based on matching criteria and organize your lists of contacts with attribute filters such as Lead Source and Lead Status.
The following sections walk through the features and functions of the Contacts Module, accessible from the Connections icon.

Create Contacts
From Contacts Module
- When viewing the Contacts Module grid list of existing contacts, you can create a new contact from the Plus icon.

- Then complete the Contact Form and click Create to save the new contact.

From Quick Contact
A contact can also be created from the Quick Contact widget, after adding it in the right column as a housekeeping widget. This allows you to quickly capture contact information without leaving your current screen to open the contacts module.

From Relationship Widget
If you wish to create a Contact from the Account that you are currently viewing, you can use the Relationship widget (after you've added it to your Account screen). Using the widget allows you to add the contact directly to the Account that you are currently on.
- See steps on the Relationships article.

Note: You can also use an existing contact to associate to this record by searching for the Name then clicking Create Relationship.
View/Action Contact
- When viewing the Contacts Module grid list of existing contacts, or relationships from another record, you can click the Name hyperlink to view the contact details. Once opened, you can modify the contact's information, create relationships, or log activities.
- Use the Log Activity Pane to document interactions or tasks for the contact.

- From the detail view you can delete a contact (or from the grid list Actions) but this will be a permanent deletion and cannot be reversed.

Contact Lists
The Contact Lists allow you to view all contact lists currently available to you, depending on your role. You can create and use contact lists to send mass emails to a specific set of contacts such as existing clients, potential leads, or business partners.
Use either of the new list buttons then follow the regular steps to create a new List.
