Overview
Lists in White Cup CRM empower users to build focused, customizable groups of records drawn from any primary module. These lists streamline data access, eliminate repetitive filtering, and help teams stay organized and efficient. They can be viewed as a list, or used on a widget to narrow down the displayed data.
What Can Be Included in a List?
Lists can be created from the following modules:
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Ship To
- Opportunities
- Quotes
- Tasks
- Products
- Services
- Marketing Campaigns

Edit Permissions
Edit rights for a List are determined by the Assigned To field when creating the List:
- Specific User – Grants exclusive edit rights to a selected individual.

Anyone – Allows all users to edit the List.
Note: By default, the list creator is the Assigned To for edit permissions.
Visibility Settings
Set who can view the List and the results:
- Public – All users can view the List.

Private – Only the creator and admins can view it.
Steps to Create and Configure a List
- Navigate to the desired module (e.g., Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, etc).
- From the left-hand navigation panel, select List. (Or navigate directly there from Connections menu above.)
- Click Create List on the left or New List at the bottom of the panel.
- Fill out the following fields:

Name – Name your List.

List Type:
- Dynamic – Updates as records match the filter criteria.

Static – Fixed list based on current records only. This type of list can also be used to manually add records to a list, such as accumulating a set of records to visit or call.

Assigned To – Choose the user(s) who can edit the List.

Visibility – Define who can view the List.

Name – Name your List.

Set the Logic Type – Choose either
ANDorOR:-
AND – All conditions must be true for a record to be included in the List.
Example:- Expected Close Date is within the next 30 days

Priority is High
→ Only records that match both criteria will appear.

OR – Any one condition can be true for a record to be included.
Example:- Expected Close Date is within the next 30 days

Priority is High
→ Records that meet either condition (or both) will be included.

Tip: Use
ANDfor narrow, focused lists, andORfor broader searches that capture more varied results.

AND – All conditions must be true for a record to be included in the List.
- Define your filter criteria (e.g.,
Invoice Age > 30 days,Opportunity Value > $10,000). Click to Add Criteria as needed for additional attribute comparisons. -
Use the appropriate Comparison option as needed.
Option Used for: empty/not empty Checking if the field is blank equals/not equal to Checking if the field equals a certain value greater than/less than Checking if the field is above or below a certain value in list/not in list Checking if the field equals one or more values. To use this option, select values or separate by commas. contains/does not contain Checking if the field includes a specific value - Add a criteria group if needed. Set the Logic Type to use between groups. This allows a combination of attribute comparisons to be used.

- Click Create to save your List.
You can also create a CRM list in BI to narrow down the record list in CRM based on BI criteria.
