Understanding Widgets on the WCCRM Dashboard

One key component of using WCCRM efficiently is understanding where your data comes from. 

The widgets on the dashboard derive from both WCCRM or WC BI.  Below are some helpful tips and tricks to understand where the data comes from. 

In the below example widget called "My Top 10 Customers", there is a link in the upper right corner to "View Full Report" .  That will display the full report in White Cup BI.  Using this option allows you to view the data in BI in further depth.

In the instance you do not want to view the full report in BI, but would rather do a deep dive on an individual Account that's shown, you can simply click the blue text (hyperlink), and this will take you to the account page in WC CRM.

Another example widget using a list to display WC CRM data, on a CRM widget. These links will also take you to a WC CRM record.
