Managing Your Favorites in WCCRM

Favorites display from the left navigation panel and help you access your most used records quickly and easily. 

Select View Favorites from the left navigation panel to open a pop-up displaying all of your favorites. From here you can search/filter your favorites and access them directly from the grid.  You can also select an entry to delete it from your Favorites list.

You can save up to 100 records (accounts, contacts, ship to accounts, etc) to this view by setting it as a favorite when viewing the record.  Click the Add to Favorites option in the left panel.
