Overview
The Tariff Impact Tracker dashboard and the Product 360 Scorecard are designed to help distributors quickly detect cost increases from suppliers and products, track margin pressure, and take proactive action.
The Tariff Impact Tracker helps you identify:
Suppliers and products with rising purchase costs
Products where cost of goods sold (COGS) has increased, impacting profitability
The Product 360 Scorecard includes a section that shows trends in cost/unit, price/unit, and gross profit % over time at the product level, helping you monitor margin health.

How to Access
For New Customers
New customers will automatically have access to the Tariff Impact Tracker dashboard and the updated Product 360 Scorecard in their BI library upon onboarding.
For Existing Customers
If you are an Existing customer and this doesn't already show for you, you will need to manually copy the new dashboard from the Catalog. Here's how:
1. Log in as an Admin
Log in to WC BI as an Admin user.
2. Navigate to the Catalog
Go to the Catalog tab.
3. Locate the Dashboard
Select Dashboards.
From the Library dropdown, choose Executive Dashboards.
Check the box next to Tariff Impact Tracker.
4. Copy the Dashboard
Click Copy to copy the dashboard to WC BI.
Select “Overwrite Content” and click OK.
⚠️ Note: Make sure you do not already have another dashboard with the same name. Selecting "Overwrite Content" will replace an existing dashboard with the same name.
5. Launch the Dashboard
Go to the Dashboards tab.
From the Library dropdown, select Executive Dashboard.
Find and open the Tariff Impact Tracker dashboard.
Updating Product 360 Scorecard
The Product 360 Scorecard updates are available in the catalog version of the dashboard to avoid overwriting any user customizations.
To update your copy:
1. Open the Catalog Copy
Open the copy of the Product 360 Scorecard from the Catalog and create a dashboard like the above steps. Go to the dashboards section and locate the one you created.
2. Modify and Copy to Your Version
Click "Modify Dashboard" on the Catalog copy.
- After clicking the Modify button, two options appear, select Visual Edit. You will see a prompt to enter values. You can then click the "Find Value(s)" link on the right and select product values.
- If you click and hold down the mouse button on one of the empty check boxes, then scroll, you can select multiple records.
- Click "OK" and then they will appear in a truncated list in the previous prompt. Click "OK" here and it will go to the next screen for modifying the dashboard.
Once in Modify mode, click the right arrow button next to one of the fields or sections after selecting it by clicking on it (as shown below).
Select Product 360 Scorecard (your version) in the Copy To section.
3. Save Your Changes
Once copied, move the new section into the desired location on the scorecard.
Save your updated Product 360 Scorecard.
