Multi-ID Scorecard Launch

Overview

The Multi-ID Scorecard Launch feature allows users to run scorecards for multiple IDs at once, without a limitation of selecting only one Sales Rep, Location, Vendor, or Product ID per session. This provides a more efficient way to analyze performance across multiple entities without running separate reports.

Users in White Cup BI can access only the data they are permitted to see, maintaining security and root restrictions.

Sales Rep Scorecard

• A Sales Rep with multiple ERP IDs can select all assigned IDs at once and see total sales performance in a single view.

Sales Manager Review

• Managers can select multiple rep IDs and generate a combined report, improving visibility across the team.

How to Use Multi-ID Scorecard Launch

1. Go to the Dashboards in White Cup BI.
2. Select the Scorecard Type (Branch, Buyer, Customer, General Ledger, Sales Rep, Location, PO Writer, Vendor, or Product).
   
3. Choose multiple IDs instead of just one.
   
   
   
   
4. Run the scorecard—data will be consolidated across selected IDs.
5. Analyze the results using the interactive scorecard dashboard.

PDF Exports & UI Behavior

• When exporting the scorecard as a PDF, all selected IDs will be displayed in the export, ensuring users see all the data they included.

• If many IDs are selected, the UI may truncate the display using ... when they don’t fit on the screen. However, in the PDF export, all IDs will be fully listed before the dashboard is rendered.
  

 

• This ensures that even when users can’t see all selected IDs on the screen, they will still get a complete, detailed export.

This behavior is important for users who rely on printed reports or share scorecards externally.

1. Can I still run a scorecard for a single ID?
   Yes. Users can choose one ID if they prefer.
2. Can I compare multiple IDs instead of merging them?
   No. This feature is designed for aggregation. Users who need comparisons will need to export results.
3. Does this change data security?
   No. ERP security settings remain unchanged, ensuring users only see the IDs they have permission to access.
4. Why do I see ... instead of all selected IDs in the UI?
   This happens when many IDs are selected. The UI truncates them for readability, but all IDs will still appear in the PDF export.
