How to Suggest a Feature – White Cup Support

This portal gives you the ability to submit and vote on ideas for future development across all of the products and the integrated product platform.

Hi everyone and welcome to our WhiteCup Ideas Portal.

From here, you can view ideas that have been submitted. If you see one you agree with and would like to support, you can click the vote option next to that idea.

As you add votes, be sure to notice the count displayed on the left. When you vote for an idea, your vote will be highlighted. If you decide to reallocate your vote to a different idea, you can simply click again to remove your vote and then select another idea.

You can also open an idea to add comments or additional notes as needed.

Returning to the Ideas list, you also have the option to add a new idea. When doing so, you’ll select a category, which helps organize and filter ideas by product.

After clicking Add Idea, enter all the required details. Be sure to provide a clear and descriptive title along with a summary so others can easily understand and support your idea.

Include as much detail as possible, especially real-world use cases that explain why the idea would be valuable to include in the product.

Once submitted, your idea will be added to the list where others can review and vote on it.

Our teams will review submitted ideas and consider them for future development. As ideas move forward, they may be marked with a Planning Stage status.

You can use the status filter to view ideas that have progressed to planning, or look for status tags within individual ideas to track progress.

This allows you to easily see if your idea is moving forward.
