Navigate the BI Scorecard (How-to Video)

Hi, everyone, and welcome to our quick how to video on how to use a dashboard and scorecard in White CUP BI.

Here we are on an executive review dashboard because this is my landing page as an admin logged in.

But if you're a sales rep or other user, you'll probably see a different dashboard, but they all function the same and they're accessible from our dashboard menu at the top.

And then using the library to select which dashboard or scorecard do you want to look at.

Dashboards are just those overall views with multiple objects.

And then scorecards are a filtered dashboard.

So going into a scorecard, you will be prompted to select a value based on which type of scorecard.

So if we go into our customer scorecards here, and then we just pick any of these to view data at a bill to customer level.

That'll prompt us to select, and then we can do that through the check mark or the search.

And we can even multi select if needed.

When we have the one that we need in our view there, we'll pull that up.

And now we're in a similar view as we started on the dashboard.

But now it's just a filtered view by a customer, so it's called a scorecard.

We still have different objects here and we can drill down into those objects to see the information at different levels.

And then once we go into one of those values, we'll be looking at the report filtered to wherever we selected to view this information.

Then you can navigate back after using that report to see all the needed details and make your changes there like normal.

Back to the scorecard where we could then further review the information or hop into other reports and other scorecards.

And then we can continue navigating into other pieces of information or go back to our dashboard library to select another one as needed.
