Hi, everyone. I'm here with a quick how to video on how to use some of the drill down options on WhiteCup BI.
I'm here on a BI report logged in as a salesperson.
So you can see that in our drill down path across the top, one of the drill down levels is a sales rep and it already has the sales rep ID for the user that I'm logged in as.
And we've also got the bill to customer as one of our drill down levels. So you can of course navigate within that drill down path to add levels or filter, but you can also use the results on the rows here and select any of those values to then add a drill down level just by selecting on this menu.
Once you select an additional drill down level, you'll see that it adds that drill down level. So product in my example here adds that to our drill down path across the top, but it also filters this to the value that I selected. So Home Cast in this example.
So it applied a filter and added a level just within that one click.
And with that updated drill down path, you can use that as normal to select other values or continue expanding with other options.
And you can also scroll down to the bottom of that menu to get directly into scorecards. So you could launch into a bill to customer scorecard just by selecting that value from that report.
And now it's opened that scorecard still with my rep ID, but now for that specific customer that I launched from.
So be sure to give those options a try and reach out with any questions.
Thank you for watching.
