Use the Right Panel:

Traits Panel: Edit element-specific settings (like a link’s URL).
Move Elements: Drag elements around on the canvas or use the Layers panel for precise positioning.
Duplicate or Delete: Use the floating element toolbar (appears when you select an element).
Styling:
Our Email Campaign Designer applies inline styles by default, but you can also manage global styles.
-
Common styling options:
Typography: Font family, size, color, weight.
Spacing: Margin (outside) and padding (inside).
Backgrounds: Colors, gradients, or images.
Borders & Shadows: Add borders, corner radius, and box shadows.
Working with Code:
View/Edit Code: Use the “Code Editor” option in the top menu to view raw HTML/CSS.
Custom Code Blocks: You can drag in a “Raw HTML” block to insert your own code.
Export Project: Save/export your template as HTML + CSS files.
Useful Features:
Undo/Redo: Top toolbar keeps track of changes.
Preview Mode: Hide the editor UI and see the final design.
Device Modes: Switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile preview to ensure responsive design.
Saving: Depending on your setup, you may have auto-save, manual save, or export options.
Best Practices:
Start with a column structure before adding text/images for better responsiveness.
Use the Layers panel if elements are hard to click on the canvas.
Keep styles consistent (e.g., define heading sizes and button styles early).
Preview often in different device modes.
Additional Functionality
Creating an effective email campaign template is only the first step—acting on the results is what drives revenue and strengthens customer relationships. In addition to the Email Campaign Templates, we have two default Workflows which include a Workflow Trigger called "Campaign Launched" and an Action called "Process Campaign Non-Responders".
- Default Workflow: Track campaign non-responders. Tasks can be created for the assigned rep to follow-up with accounts/contacts who have not opened the campaign email after 5 days.
- Default Workflow: Follow-up with high interest accounts based on clicks and email openings. Have tasks created and assigned to the associated rep immediately after the link is clicked, with a due date of 5 days later.
- Default Email Campaign Templates: Choose from several default templates to use as a starting point for building effective campaign templates.
