The Reports and Dashboards pages include search options for individual columns, providing users with a powerful way to quickly filter and locate specific reports or dashboards. This is especially useful for navigating our extensive library of targeted, out-of-the-box reports and dashboards, and for efficiently managing and cleaning up older or outdated content.

This feature is available to all users and does not require special permissions. - How It Works
- Each column on the Reports and Dashboards pages includes a search box, located beneath the column header.
- Users can type keywords into these boxes to filter content by the corresponding column (e.g., Report/Dashboard Name, Library, Created By, or Modified Date).
- Sorting
- Columns also support sorting by clicking on the column header, allowing users to organize data in ascending or descending order.
- Streamlined Bulk Management
The search and filter functionality allows users to easily identify and bulk manage reports or dashboards:- Filter by Created Date to find older reports and clean up outdated content.
- Search by Created By to locate reports or dashboards created by a specific user.
How to Use the Search Options
- Navigate to the Reports or Dashboards page.
- Locate the column you wish to filter.
- Enter your keyword or phrase into the search box beneath the column header.
- The page will dynamically display only the rows that match your query.
Examples of Effective Use:
- Searching "GMROI" in the Report/Dashboard Name column displays all relevant KPI reports.
- Filtering by Created By helps managers review all reports created by a specific team member for quality or relevance.
- Sorting and filtering Created Date enables a quick review of reports created in a specific time range for bulk cleanup.
