What is Top Suggested/Related Products?
Using BI sales trend data, our AI can suggest products and price suggestions when communicating with your customers. These Top Suggested Products display as a widget when on an Account. Also when building a quote using the WCCRM Quoting tool, when a product is added to the Quote our AI automatically identifies the Top Related Products that customers across your customer base have been purchasing when purchasing the product that was added.
Top Suggested Products on an Account
The Top Suggested Products for an account display within a widget. This widget displays a maximum of 10 products to potentially suggest to that customer to help drive your sales. From the Top Suggested Products widget, you can select a product hyperlink to view basic information such as the Name, Warehouse Locations, and associated Product Groups. Selecting a Product Name within the pop-up opens the Product record in a new tab.

Don't see the Top Suggested Products widget on your Account or Ship to form?
Select "+ Add Widget" and find "Top Suggested Products" to add this to your Account or Ship to page.
Top Related Products on a Quote
Top Related Products generate real-time when items are added to a quote, and update automatically as items are added and removed. This provides you with up-to-date actionable insights to help you potentially drive additional revenue, and seamlessly add these items to the quote.
