Our AI has identified that one of your customers has an Anticipated Order and/or Late Order upcoming, so what is next? Our workflow configuration allows you to determine that. Using this information, you can build workflows that facilitate actionable tasks for your reps to perform.
NOTE: The new information section on Account Page and workflow for Buying Cycle Insights will be visible in the CRM interface for all customers, regardless of whether they have purchased this module. However, for customers who have not purchased the module, these fields will display as blank. Your admin can choose to remove the "Buying Cycle Insights" information block. Additionally, even if the workflow is enabled, it will not perform any actions because there is no underlying data to support it.
We have a workflow Trigger called Date Check Trigger, along with two default workflows that you can modify for your business needs. This trigger allows you to build workflows based off of Anticipated and Late Order Dates.
For example, you may want the workflow to trigger when an Anticipated Order date is 15 days in the future:
So now that the trigger is set with the criteria defined, you can add an action to be performed. The example below displays a task being created with a due date of the next day, with a defined subject and assigning it to a specific user:
This can be done for both Anticipated Order Dates and Late Order Dates and can be customized to meet your business needs.
How else can this information be used?
Not only can this information be used as criteria when building workflows, it can also be used when building custom lists. As an example, you may want a list to display all Accounts with an Anticipated Order Date within the next 30 days. You can not only generate this list, but also associate it to a Dashboard Widget for better visibility:
Anticipated Order and Late Order information also displays on Account records in WCCRM. This is located under the Buying Cycle Insights section:
