Near Me Mapping

Near Me Mapping allows White Cup CRM mobile app users to pull up accounts and ship tos near them, with access to GPS directions to that location, or the ability to pull up account history and analytics. Find your next customer or prospect drop-in quickly and easily while out in the field.

Important tips:

• The app will ask for permission to use your current location. Permission must be granted for the map to load properly.
• The map will load accounts within a 20-mile radius of your current location. You can use two fingers to zoom in on the map.
• Don't see the map icon to access Near Me Mapping in the White Cup CRM mobile app? Don't fret! Please reach out to White Cup Support to request this feature.
• Account and Ship To records MUST have a full address (including the number, street, city, state, and postal code)
• Addresses cannot be a PO Box.
• Account and Ship To records must have coordinate data on the record in the database (latitude and longitude fields). The coordinate data is updated via a third party. If there is a question about why an Account or Ship To is not showing up, please contact Support.
