A specific error can sometimes display when updating Sherpa. This error is caused by an antivirus program blocking the update process. It will say access is denied to a file path ending in a file name similar to auto_update4_6.exe and looks like the one shown below.
We have found this to be common with customers who use CrowdStrike antivirus.
To correct the problem, your IT Administrator will need to either exclude or white-list Sherpa in the CrowdStrike configuration. Updates should download and operate normally once this has been done.
