This release marks our first product update since rebranding under a single company name, White Cup. It combines all three of our products into a single platform know as Hookshot. Moving forward we will refer to the platform as Hookshot and to each part based on its function. As of October 2020, we now offer:

What's New in Hookshot Office Technology + BI?
With this release, we've made it much easier for your CRM and marketing tools to communicate with each other. By using this new two-way automated pipeline, it will be faster and easier to feed marketing leads to the sales team and get valuable feedback on the value of those leads. These powerful automated workflows are designed to help save you time and increase lead conversion.
Native Mobile App
Launched earlier this year, we now offer a native mobile app for iOS and Android which allows you to access, enter, and updated your office technology data on the go. No need to open your laptop or wait until you're back in the office and transcribe your written notes. Pull out your mobile device, log into your account, and get to all the information you need.
In recent updates, we've focused on supporting more roles in the mobile app with BI specific content directed at executives and sales managers so you can turn insights into actions for you and your sales team.
Enhanced Business Intelligence
We've combined our extensive knowledge of the Office Technology business with our business intelligence skills to bring you a brand-new suite of analytics to help you better understand your customers, your products and services, and your business as a whole. With new scorecards, dashboards, and reporting to support different roles within your organization, Hookshot gives you the ability to identify key points of information and proactively take action.
More report building options in BI
In addition to the enhanced business intelligence tools mentioned above, we’ve also expanded the ways you can explore your data. In previous versions of our BI tools there were separate products for exploring your data at the summary and at the detail levels. We've moved those two methods into a single tool, giving you the flexibility to dive into your data as you need. This is an ongoing initiative and we'll continue to expand on this idea in future versions as well.
Modernized Data Pipeline
By changing the underlying technologies, we use to gather, store, and retrieve information, we've set up Hookshot to be ready for the future. With BI, ERP, and CRM talking together, we're able to provide a single version of the truth, so your numbers are the same no matter where you look. This change also improved on our ability to offer cloud-based solutions, meaning you don't have to be connected to your company's network to gets access to your data. This results in more efficient data collection, and less strain on your ERP and your network. We’re also positioned to pull data from other systems that support your business: point-of-sale, inventory, shipping and more. With your data in one system we can provide a holistic view of your business.
25% Development Time
In October 2019, we promised to dedicate one quarter of all of development time to working on the projects and features requested directly by you. We put up a website and invited you to suggest and prioritize these requests. Here are some of the things we worked on in this release that came directly from your suggestions.

PROD-780 - Corrected a typo in the schema
PROD-308 - Cubes that have been deployed but never built now show up on the hypercubes tab
PROD-574 - An admin user that has not been specifically created in BI Core now can successfully change their own landing page
PROD-581 - Now avoiding various errors and issues where there was a mismatch between the users in BI Core and the users in the Identity Server
PROD-767 - Sped up the listing report listing page and modifying users
PROD-854 - We have cleaned up User Management and made it less confusing and more informative
PROD-122 - Now able to set a scorecard as a landing page on a template even if it restricts on a user property
