Released on September 27, 2020, this service pack for cloud hosted customers on version 2019 R2 received the following changes. If you are on a cloud hosted version of 2019 R2 but would like to receive this update, reach out to your Customer Account Manager for assistance.
Fixed a bug in the Hubspot integration where we were attempting to map to a non-existent field, "StreetAddress". This caused an error when trying to upload a list of contacts to Hubspot. We now map to the field "address".
Fixed bugs causing contact summary data to not load in Hubspot.
Fixed an issue where contact history failed to load when more than 1000 history items were present.
Fixed an issue returning an error when fetching campaign information.
Fixes issue where uploading failed when certain properties of the "Hubspot property information" were null.
Fixed an issue in Tour deForce Web where the logic to get the clientid of a user using the forgot password logic was including the request scheme (http, https) in the clientid. This was causing us to fail creating a connection to their db.
Fixed a bug where the Default Date Range filter on an Opportunities w/Linked Accounts grid did not provide all date field into the dropdown.
Fixed a bug in Constant Contact integration that caused the uploaded data to a new list to have its row values blanked out.
Fixed and issue with the timestamp control.
Updated Open Item logic to redirect to '/quote' and '/expense' when trying to open quotes and expenses, respectively.
Fixed a bug where uploaded files were not deleted from the App_Data folder after being successfully blobbed into the AttachmentBlobs table.
Ticket #29776 - Fixed a bug where Opportunities w/Linked Items did not respect the @generalFilter parameter or work properly with date fields.
Ticket #29761 – [TDF Desktop] - Fixed an issue where Service Status dialog in Alert Service did not show proper status of the Service. This is because the Service was renamed, but not all references to that name were updated in code.
Ticket #29577 - The appointment end time should now auto-populate when the start time is entered.
Ticket #29822 - Updated grid summaries to display negative numbers with parenthesis.
Ticket #29843 - Convert grid summaries to labels to be easier to see, also negative numbers will appear in red label as positives will appear in green.
Ticket #29847 - Add User Preference Checkboxes in Grid Settings > Display Options tab and Alert Settings to use parentheses for negative numbers in Alerts, Info Center grids and grid summaries; display negative numbers using the "danger" color (red in 2020R1, according to theme in R2); added setting to display summary in mobile device.
Ticket #29914 - Update the /Item page to be able to find an item's type based on a given GUID.
Ticket 28666 - Fix issue where the Value Text Color is not being respected in Web when changed to another color from the standard default of black.
