The Tour deForce Desktop Client installer was provided to your company during the initial implementation. Your IT department may have put it on a shared drive on your network or shared it in some other manner. Contact your IT department to obtain a copy of the installer.
There are two versions of the installer, one for 32-bit users and one for 64-bit users. The version you use will depend on your Microsoft Office installation. It can be either 32-bit or 64-bit. To determine which format Office is using, follow the steps found here.
If Office is as 32-bit version, you must use the 32-bit installer for Tour deForce.
If Office is a 64-bit version, you can run either version but you'll get better performance with a 64-bit installer.
If your IT department is not able to provide you with the installer, contact support@whitecupsolutions.com. They will be able to provide you a copy.
