Home Page Dashboards - Sees data for all users in the database
Accounts - Can view and edit all accounts in the database
Export to Excel - Has the ability to export all accounts to Excel in the database
Delete Accounts - Has the ability to delete any account
Order Processing - If OP module is enabled, has access to all orders, and can delete orders
Sales Stages - Has access to Sales Stages and to view and move opportunities through the stages for all users
Administration Menu - Has access to everything in the Administration Menu
System Lists - Has access to everything in System Lists
Reports - Has access to all reports
Executive:
Home Page Dashboards - Sees data for all users in the database
Accounts - Can view and edit all accounts in the database
Export to Excel - Has the ability to export all accounts to Excel in the database
Delete Accounts - Has the ability to delete accounts
Order Processing - If OP module is enabled, has access to all orders, and can delete orders
Sales Stages - Has access to Sales Stages and to view and move opportunities through the stages for all users
Administration Menu - No access to Administration Menu
System Lists - No access to System Lists
Reports - Has access to all reports
Regional Administrator:
Home Page Dashboards - Sees data for all users in their assigned regions
Accounts - Can view and edit all accounts in the database for their assigned region, as well as any accounts specifically assigned to them outside their region
Export to Excel - Has the ability to export all accounts in their region, as well as any accounts specifically assigned to them outside their region, to Excel
Delete Accounts - Has the ability to delete accounts in their assigned region, as well as any accounts they have access to outside their region.
Order Processing - If OP module is enabled, has access to all orders for all users in their assigned region
Sales Stages - Has access to Sales Stages and to view and move opportunities through the stages for all users in their assigned region
Administration Menu - Has access to everything in the Administration Menu, but limited to users, accounts and equipment in their assigned region. They also do not have access to their own user profile in Manage Users.
System Lists - Has access to everything in System Lists but is limited to lease rates in their assigned region
Reports - Has access to all reports, but results will be limited to information for their assigned region
Regional Manager:
Home Page Dashboards - Sees data for all users in their assigned region, and any manager or rep assigned to them
Accounts - Can view and edit all accounts in the database that their reps can see
Export to Excel -Can export Accounts to Excel from Account Search
Delete Accounts - Has the ability to delete accounts in their assigned region, for any manager or rep assigned to them, as well as any accounts they have access to outside their region.
Order Processing - If OP module is enabled, has access to all orders in their assigned region, for any manager or rep assigned to them

Reports - Has access to all reports, but results will be limited to information for their assigned reps
Sales Rep:
Home Page Dashboards – Sees data for only their assigned accounts, territory, and data entries.
Accounts - Can view and edit only accounts assigned to them
Export to Excel - Cannot export Accounts to Excel from Account Search
Delete Accounts - Cannot delete accounts
Order Processing - If OP module is enabled, has access to only their orders

Telemarketer:
Home Page Dashboards – Sees data for only their assigned accounts, territory, and data entries.
Accounts - Can view and edit only accounts assigned to them
Export to Excel - Cannot export Accounts to Excel from Account Search
Delete Accounts - Cannot delete accounts
Order Processing - No access to Order Processing
Sales Stages - No access to Sales Stages
Administration Menu - No access to Administration Menu
System Lists - No access to System Lists
Reports - No access to Reports
Order Processing:
