Note: Some features have different functions for TDF CRM and Sherpa CRM. We will call out those differences when appropriate.
Across the bottom of the screen is the app's toolbar. With the toolbar you can navigate back to the home screen, view your favorite items, create new items, search for items, and access additional help.

Home (House icon)
Tapping this icon will return you to the Home screen.
Favorites (Star icon)
This feature is only available when using the mobile app with TDF.
Opens a list of items you have marked as favorites. These can be any object from within the app, such as contacts, opportunities, events, and more. Tapping on any item in this list will open that item.
As you visit items in the app, such as accounts, opportunities, and task, you may see an outline of the star icon. Clicking this icon will fill the star in and designate that object as a favorite to show up on this list.
Recents (Clock icon)
This feature is only available when using the mobile app with Sherpa.
Instead of a star icon on the toolbar, you'll see a clock icon. Tapping this icon will display a list of accounts you have recently viewed in the mobile app.
Add (Plus icon)
Tapping the Add icon will open a tool where you can add a new:
- Account
- Activity
- Appointment
- Contact
- Expense *
- Lead *
- Opportunity *
- Task
* Expenses, Leads, and Opportunities can only be created in the mobile app when using it with TDF.
Search (Spyglass icon)
This opens the Search page. Here you can look for accounts, contacts, and activities. Your search can be filtered using the icons to the right of the search bar.
TDF - Tap the star to filter your search by Favorites or the clock to filter your search by recents.
Sherpa - Tap the clock icon to filter your search by recent accounts.
Help (Question mark icon)
The ? icon will take you to the help pages where you can lean more about the app.
