The Tasks screen displays a list of all open tasks. You can view the Current, Overdue, or All tasks by tapping on the option at the top of the screen. The default view is for Current Tasks.
Current Tasks are defined as tasks due today or up to two days in the future. All tasks due further than two days into the future will show up in the All list.
The list displays the Due Date, Task Name, and Task Type.
Due dates in red represent Tasks which are overdue, based on the task's due date.
The Task Type is indicated by an icon. Possible task types include:
- Appointments (various types)
- Call (various types)
- Client Visit
- Closed Sale
- Cold Call
- Email Follow-up
- Lease Expiration
- Lost Sale
- Misc. Activity
- New Account
- Sales Stage Change
Tap a Task to open it.
Once in a Task, you can review the details. Tapping on any linked item, such as an account or contact, will take you to that item.
Tapping the Compete button will mark the task as complete and remove it from the list of open tasks. A confirmation box will display before a task is marked compete.
Tapping the Complete and Create Follow-Up button will mark the task as complete, remove it from the list of open tasks, and will open a new task in the edit mode so you can create a follow-up task.
