Using The Search Tool In The TDF/Sherpa CRM Mobile App

The Search feature allows you to look for specific Accounts, Contacts, Activities, or other items.  It also gives you quick access to your Favorites and Recent Items.

Enter a search term in the text box.  Select the type of search you'd like to preform by tapping in the item type listed below the search box. 

Swipe left or right to see more item types beside what is displayed on the screen. 

Tap the star or clock icon to see your list of Favorites or Recents icon.

Note:  When using the mobile app with Sherpa, the search tool will not have an option for Favorites.
