Note: Some features have different functions for TDF CRM and Sherpa CRM. We will call out those differences when appropriate.
The Home screen on the mobile app is your hub for accessing all areas of the app. It's the first page you see when you log in. From here you can see the current day's calendar and get to your activities, tasks, and opportunities.
The toolbar across the bottom of the screen provides access to additional tools. You can return to the Home screen from anywhere in the app by tapping the Home icon in the toolbar.
Activities
This is a list of open activities. The list displays date, name, and type of activity. Tap on the blue text in the Type column to open an activity and see its details.
Tasks
This is a list of all open tasks. The list displays the due date, task name, and task type. The default view is for current tasks, but you can also select to see just overdue tasks or all open tasks.
- In TDF CRM, a Current task is any task that is not complete.
- In Sherpa CRM, a Current task is any activity which is not completed and does not have a designated start time.
Due dates in red represent tasks that are overdue.
The task type is indicated by an icon. Tap the type icon to open the task.

Opportunities
This is a list of all open opportunities. It displays three columns, the Project Close Date, Name, and Expected Value. Tap an opportunity's date or name to display its details.
BI
This takes you to the portion of the app where you can access dashboards, scorecards, and other business intelligence content. The specific content available will depend on your account security and the what content is available for your organization.
Calendar
This is a list of your calendar events. The default display is for the current day. Tapping the left or right arrows will display past or future dates. Tapping on Today will display a calendar where you can select any date you wish.
Events from your system on the calendar can be opened by tapping on them. Doing so will open the event in the editor where you can make changes as needed.
Events from any local calendars cannot be opened or edited in the mobile app.
Toolbar
The toolbar gives you one-touch access to this Home screen, Favorites or Recents, a button for creating new items, the Search, and Help screens.

In TDF CRM, the second icon (the star) takes you to your favorites list.
In Sherpa CRM, the second icon (the clock) takes you to a list of recent accounts.
