Our mobile application (TDF/Sherpa CRM) is designed to give you a portal into your company's Distribution or Office Technology Sales Enablement tools while away from your desk.
By providing you with access to your calendars, activities, tasks, opportunities, and contacts, our mobile app lets you do away with scraps of paper and hastily hand written notes. You can see and adjust your schedule, assign tasks and activities, and reach out to your contacts all from your mobile device. You no longer have to wait until you get back to the office to update a customer account.
To use the mobile app, your company must be using at least the 2020 R1 release of TDF, or the 4.1.2.0 release of Sherpa. If you're unsure if your company qualifies, reach out to your administrator or CAM for help.
Like most mobile apps you have installed on your phone, TDF/Sherpa CRM is frequently being improved and updated. While we do our best to keep our documents updated, some of the features and screenshots you see in our help pages may differ from the actual product.
Also, there may be slight differences between the look, feel, or placement of buttons and icons between the Apple iOS version and the Google Android version. This is normal.
