A recent update to Adobe's Acrobat Reader (version 19.012.20036) has been determined to report an error when trying to open PDF exports of dashboards and scorecards from MITS Discover. The cause of the error seems to be Acrobat Reader no longer supporting a particular font used in our dashboards and scorecards.
When you try to open a PDF export of a dashboard using Adobe's Acrobat Reader, you'll likely see an error similar to this. This issue is limited to Adobe Acrobat Reader version 19.012.20036.
Adobe has fixed the bug with a new version of Acrobat Reader v19.012.20040, issued August 22, 2019.

We suggest updating your installation of Adobe Acrobat or using some other tool to open and view your PDF exports from MITS. These tools can include a web browser (such as Chrome or Edge) which supports PDF viewing natively, the Preview tool on a Mac if you are using a Mac, or an older version of Acrobat Reader.
