If you have upgraded MITS Discover yourself, then the final step in the process it to update the licenses.
On the login page for MITS Discover, you'll see your license is now in Evaluation mode. This means you have 31 days to update your license before MITS Discover will stop working. Here is an example of what that looks like.
Log in to MITS Discover and goto the Admin tab. In the menubar are two sections. One is for licensing MITS Discover and the other is for licensing the dashboards.
Click on the MITS Discover Activation to open the activation window.
Enter the details of Company Name and your License Serial Number. If you don't have your serial number or it is not populated, contact support@mits.com for assistance.
The system signature will be generated and populated already. It is created based on factors including the version of MITS Discover and hardware aspects of the server hosting MITS. Making major changes to that server's configuration can sometimes force the need to relicense MITS Discover.
To get the Installation Key, click the link or visit http://activation.mits.com:8080/MITSActivation2/
On that page, enter your license serial number and system signature. Click the button to generate the key.
Once you have the installation key, enter it on the licensing window of MITS Discover. Click Save to complete the process.
The steps for licensing the Dashboards is the same, but cannot be done until the licensing of MTIS Discover has been completed.
