Enabling cData JDBC to ODBC Bridge Driver in MITS Report 12 and higher

With the upgrade to a newer version of Java in MITS Report 12, support for the original JDBC to ODBC bridge driver has ended.  If you have need of a JDBC to ODBC bridge, follow these steps.

1)  Get a licensed copy of the cData JDBC-ODBC driver.  It can be downloaded from https://www.cdata.com/drivers/bridge/jdbc/

2)  Stop the MITS service on the operating system.

3)  Place the JAR files  (cdata.jdbc.jdbcodbc.jar and cdata.jdbc.jdbcodbc.lic) in the webserver/shared/lib directory of MITS.

4)  Start the MITS service on the operating system.

The cData JDBC-ODBC will now show as  an option in the Database Driver selection dropdown.  Configure the remaining fields as normal.
